BELS+ was presented at the TAIEX-PI ASEAN Multi-Country Workshop on Space Applications in Bangkok, Thailand, on September the 19th in Bangkok, Taiwan. The workshop was organized by the European Commission, through the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument – Partnership Instrument (TAIEX-PI). The aim was to promote European initiatives on Space applications to officials from ASEAN countries, and to provide information about opportunities for stakeholders in Asia to use Copernicus and Galileo for their own needs.
The BELS+ team presented the project’s activities, the BELS+ call and the NAVIS Centre in Hanoi, Vietnam, with a strong focus on the Demo Centre that will be officialy opened in November 2018. The audience was receptive and during the two days workshop numerous new links with local GNSS stakeholders were established.
